To our valued customers,

The mass spread of COVID-19 (Human Corona Virus) has been labeled a pandemic due to the international outbreak. Given that incorrect statistics and data can easily be manipulated, it’s hard to tell what parts of this are factual and what warrants panic. No matter where you fall on this spectrum, we want to make sure we are proactively navigating a plan should steps be required for our agency. We encourage you to remember that for most of us, contracting COVID-19 would not likely be fatal. Active measures are being taken, daily, to help those that contract the virus. However, those that could potentially suffer severe symptoms and results are babies, elderly, and those with compromised immune systems. For those that are primary caregivers or are frequently exposed to these groups, your health can play a pivotal part into the virus being spread. As we prepare for “what if” scenarios, your safety and the safety of your family is our priority.

While 100% prevention may not be possible, we are suggesting our commercial customers that, employ or subcontract maintenance teams, have proactive plans in place to reduce the spread of germs relating to this virus. We recommend you hold a safety meetings to review the importance of hygiene between multi-site visits. Maintaining clean hands and frequently wiping down areas in the vehicle prone to germs is the most proactive way to prevent the spread of the virus. We have attached printable material from the CDC that you can place in all commercial vehicles and hang in restrooms. This information includes best methods for hygiene, COVID-19 Safety, Symptoms, and Prevention. We recommend you review all this information with your staff. As with any operation, it is always a good practice to make sure badges for all team members are easily visible when approaching a home or place of business.

We are committed to serving our customers and should county wide and local business quarantines be required, we have active steps in place to serve our customers remotely. Our staff will still have access to accept payments, process requests and communicate with carriers for existing customers and new business needs. Our mission is to continue redefining protection and that begins with you! For more information on accurate details, methods of prevention, and frequently asked questions, please visit the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website. This provides situation updates, cases statistics, prevention steps, symptoms, and what to do should you contract the virus. We have included posters, shown below, from the CDC for you to hang in your restrooms, display in front offices, share with staff, and discuss in team meetings. We appreciate your business and appreciate the honor to continue serving you!
